This is a fully customisable event and can be booked in conjunction with many other events and services we offer, please discuss any custom requirements with your booking agent.
Secure your event £100 deposit
50% of the total balance will be due at the time of booking.
The remaining balance will be due 30 days before the event date.
Cancellations
Cancellation by the client:
When the cancellation of the activity occurs by the client, the return will depend on the advance notice with which it is notified:
30 days ior more, loss of deposit.
Less than 30 days non-refundable.
Cancellation by Benidorm Events: In the event that weather does not allow navigation, the client may change the date of the activity for another date, agreed with the owner. However, service costs must be paid such as: additional boat travel, catering service, etc. The decision to carry out the activity is exclusive to Benidorm Events technicians. In the event that the client cannot change the date, 85% of the total cost of the activity would be returned as administrative expenses, plus extra costs in the event that there are any (eventual displacements, additional boats, catering, etc.). etc).
Extras: When the catering is external to Benidorm Events, there is a supplement of £250 + 21% VAT for final cleaning (the use of the ship's facilities is included: bar, refrigerators, kitchen). When food and drinks offered by Benidorm Events are contracted, this supplement is not charged.
